This summer as well, in the unique setting of the early Christian basilica Mirine near Omišalj, the Classics at Mirine festival returns—a long-standing event that brings together renowned classical music artists and continues to delight audiences from across the region.
In July, we can look forward to four magical evenings under the starry sky, right by the sea, featuring some of the most prominent names on the classical music scene: Monika Leskovar, Martina Filjak, Lana Trotovšek, Maria Canyigueral, Eva Mach, Martina Jambrišak, and Petrit Çeku with his guitar trio.
The Slovenian-Spanish musical duo, known for their expressiveness and depth of interpretation, takes us on a journey through classical and romantic eras, all the way to the early roots of jazz.
The program includes works by Beethoven, Prokofiev, Franck, and Gershwin—masterfully performed by two powerful artistic personalities with rich international experience: violinist Lana Trotovšek and pianist Maria Canyigueral.
Their concert “From Beethoven to Gershwin” will take place on Wednesday, July 16.
All concerts begin at 9:00 PM.
Admission is free. Complimentary tickets are available at the Omišalj Municipality Office and the Tourist Information Center in Njivice.
